I have been baking since I was a kid, and decided to make it a career by going to Fanshawe College for Baking and Pastry Arts Management. I graduated in December 2019, and it’s great doing something I love! I offer delicious baked goods like squares, cookies, cupcakes and muffins. Always a pleasure working with Shari! Her goodies always exceeds our expectations! This is the 3rd time ordering, first time ordering a cake and could not be happier! We had out annual girls paint night party, so I requested a blank white buttercreamed cake with half chocolate/half vanilla with a few colours to ‘splat’ the cake! Buzwump bakery is an excellent addition to the trails end market! The baked goods are always delicious! I have these baled items and most cookies are ok. The cupcakes are awful I don’t know if they’re day olds or they over baked by at least five minutes. You remove paper and half the cup cake is stuck to paper and all dried out. They should be cooked about 3-5min less.

Very good baked goods and a very kind person who sells them. I do wish that the maple flavour in the bacon and maple cupcakes I bought “popped” a bit more. I also found the bacon was so far cooked that the flavour was lost a bit, but overall it was pretty good. The buttercream had a nice texture and the cake was light and moist.
